This extra bedroom with bathroom and small kitchenette was an addition to an existing house in the suburbs of Athens. The spot where the autonomous guestroom was to be located and the dimensions of it were dictated by the presence of an old pine tree. Its trunk hovering over the volume to be constructed became the reason for its odd pitched roof.
